The award-winning St Paul’s Church is a greatly admired example of Georgian architecture built between 1789 and 1794 that boasts a unique ’wedding-cake’ tower.
After falling into a state of disrepair the Grade I listed building was given a new lease of life by the Churches Conservation Trust in April 2000. Following a lengthy repair and conservation period, which saw the painstaking restoration of original features, Circomedia were approached as possible tenants and a partnership between the two companies was forged.
St. Paul’s Church remains the focal point of one of the most beautiful Georgian squares in Bristol and offers limitless photo opportunities in front of the elegant church gates or in Portland Square’s beautiful central green.
The building continues to be a famous landmark in Bristol, even visible at night as coloured light shines across the city from the illuminated tower.
